Making of a german uniform

Post by flyboy_fx » Tue Oct 13, 2009 12:37 pm

Hay all as we all know real german ww2 uniforms are very pricey and repros clime in cost as well but I thought about modding a east german uniform to a ww2 german uniform.

Not to worried about being spot on but just for something fun to play airsoft in/ stuff like that.

LMK what you all think.

these are what I was thinking about starting with.

East german tunics dont even come close to WW2 german tunics, you would be better off getting a chinese repro off ebay for $90.00 or go to www.atthefront.com for good repros. I got my falshirmjager tunic and pants as a set from them for $250.00 and it is very good qaulity.

Not to bad, You should replace the buttons with originals off of ebay. And dye the uniform a grey green color. You can get buttons cheap.

Not bad for a cheapo.
Can't really see the eagle but it looks ok. You might want to remove the french cuffs though.
