I've had several messages from people who believe deltastrykeforce is the same audie murphy character from GP's board. I have one person who has sent him an item and even though he has proof of delivery delta is claiming never to have received the item....just like before.

If anyone has trades going with him we advise you do not proceed and take steps to recover any goods or cash you may have sent this person.

UPDATE - It has been proven that this user was indeed audie murphy. Same address and everything, and it appears he scammed at least one person on these boards. As such, I have banned deltastrykeforce via his username, e-mail, and IP address.

I apologize for the person who got scammed... hopefully something will be able to take place in order to take action if possible.

Well he just got me too, I sent him 20 xd figures and a u.s. halftrack, on monday in trade, now he won't return my emails, and I have not recieved anything from him, I have his address and a return receipt signed, this is the second time I got scammed, 1st time on GP's board for $700, now this time, I am probably going to stop trading here except for a select few I have dealt wth before. This is unbelievable, I am going to get this guy though.

I just got an email from him saying that he did not get the stuff, but I got the signed returned green card in the mail today. This guy is going to jail if I have anything to say about it. I am real mad. It is not because the stuff I lost, but it is because there are people out there like this individual getting away with ripping people off, but not this time, I am going all the way this time down the legal avenue. People like this are a waste of skin. Mark

Not again! I'm sorry people got burned, its a shame this kind of behavior has to find its way into even hobbies. Marksman, i hope you'll prosecute this guy via USPS. He's gotten away with enough. This guy needs to be paid a visit.

There have been at least three people now who have been taken by this person.

I would suggest contacting the local authorities. If they get enough complaints about that address they will take action. This is mail fraud and electronic media fraud....both pretty serious. Since it has happened across state lines the FBI could become involved and it would be prosecuted on a federal level.

There were several members from GP's board also scammed by this person. If enough of you get together you should be able to see some justice. God only knows how many other message boards he is pulling this same stuff on. Possibly re-selling on ebay or through a store.

Here is an email reply I just got from him, after letting him know I am filling a report on the FBI's website for internet fraud, I had a few things to say to him other than that too.

"I will do likewise, and file a report on you. It is
awful for you to do this to me so close to Chritmas.
Why are you saying that you didn't get what I sent to
you? Why are you are doing this to me over a bunch of
toys?"

'bunch of toys'... I think it goes beyond that. Sounds almost like he wants to just pass it off as no biggie so he gets away. I recieved a e-mail from his as well a few minutes ago asking why he was banned. I explained it to him... and am awaiting a reply.

I'm glad you're going to do a FBI report.

Ask him for any evidence that he sent items to you. A tracking number, even a postal receipt. If he can't provide anything then he has no proof that it was sent; and we all know it wasn't sent.

This is exactly the same rhetoric we got from audie murphy when he was found out.

Guys, please take the time and effort required to prosecute this individual...

Well for certain we need to get the guys together that have been taken by this person, on the old board and this one, maybe we could get a list of names and addresses of the fellow board members and description of what they sent to this guy, compile it all together in a report. And then proceed to the legal route, and take this guy out. He may be a kid as he is always mentioning his parents in his emails, in that case Juvey is waiting for him, better now than for him to get older and start robbing banks, or something that will put him behind bars for a long long time. I take this seriously, if he is just a kid his parents need to know, if he is and adult, then he will be prosecuted as one, either way, he is going to learn a harsh lesson.

He received a Winter tiger from me. I have a few sources I am checking, so hopefully by tomorrow evening I will have a true name of the individual who resides 854 Lakeview and possibly a telephone number. I believe like some this is a kid or teenager and once his parents are informed I think we can expect our items returned. As far a filing a report with the Bureau, the amount lost is too low to dictate a violation of Federal Law (the threshold for individual loss is 10,000). It would be better to file a report of fraud through the Postal Inspectors office or with the local authorities of Eaton, Ohio.

I was looking over the list of 1/18 planes that deltaaudiestrykemurphyforce sent to me, and I realized that all the planes on his list were "must haves" by the rest of us honest trader/collectors. Example: P-47 Bubbletop, F/A-18, F-16, etc. Sounds to good to be true? He was willing to trade the P-47 for an NKK Spitfire. Didn't we all get these for next to nothing when Wally World put them up for clearance? Just an observation.

I have contacted those involved and have hopefully
expressed my intentions on taking responsibility for
this matter. I understand their anger, but also wish
that they would consider that they were dealing with a
young, mentally impaired individual who did thankfully
come to his father with this problem so I could help
him with it.
As I have said, I will send those involved checks for
the amt's that they say are owed to them. I am also
going to restrict him from the internet in the future,
and will be monitoring his e-mail in case that there
are others that have complaints with him. I don't see
anymore that I can do.
