Not sure if I was counted. I'm in.
Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity

Pickelhaube,
I'm in for one if... the solution of an add'on to the PTE Humvee would be a good solution. Width of the lower bed is a little bit less than 2 7/8" on the PTE, just 2 mm broader than the one of the BBI's Superhumvee (would have one to customize!). As seen on some pics, the red cross markings are removable... that could make the new cabin more versatile. For example an air traffic control humvee for radar operators (there is also one version with a mobile control tower). Of course, the rear doors are different if the cabin is for an ambulance, a shelter, a radio station, but why not! I'm still dreaming of a field helipad in some eastern country with many technical vehicles... finally, count me in.

Of course, if I choose the (unpainted) ambulance, I have to wait for an armoured humvee or it will delay my ability of buying my greatest wish, the Mi-24.

NO THE HIND HAS NOT ALLOWED IT.mutt71 wrote:PH, Did this ever happen? I am interested in one. Unpainted.
That project is all time consuming that has nocked me down and driven a wooden stake in my heart.
Soooooooooooooooooooooooo many projects have been put on hold because of it.

PH, I certainly understand that. You can't do all of the things that you want to do for many reasons. The Hind looks beautiful. I am sure that anyone fortunate enough to have one, will treasure it. Maybe the time will be right in the future. Thanks.
