Re: Almost 200 1:18 scale aircraft and armor for sale
The website shows an Air National Guard F16. Does it come with stickers or is it a blank tail? Is so, which one is it? I had to pop open the box to verify. The tail is blank, but it has only the Alabama ANG water-slide decals. So, it would be this version: http://www.sshqdb.com/18/thumbnails.php?al...

Almost 200 1:18 scale aircraft and armor for sale
I thought you guys might be interested, I recently acquired a very large collection of 1:18 scale aircraft, vehicles, and armor, manufactured by the usual suspects: 21st Century, BBI, Admiral, and Pegasus. All are listed up for sale in the appropriate 1:18 scale category, here: http://smalljoes.com ...

JSI F-14 "Black Knights" a few questions
Got one of these from AviatorNut. One of the landing gear broken in the box. Looks like it had been a re-shipped return as the landing gear bays were not even closed by the previous owner/fat-fingerer and the "warning" sticker was removed from the bay doors that the gear was broken on. Not too cool....

Re: PROTOTYPES!!!! 1/18 scale Old West Cowboys from ToyFair
These were shown by Dusty Trail Toys. My understanding is that Dusty Trail was an offshoot of 21st Century, operated by the 21st Century owner's son, which may explain why you are seeing them sold off with other 21st Century prototypes. Dusty Trail wasn't around too long. This is one of their produc...

I asked a few days ago how the black bbi mh-60 blackhawk repaint was selling but didn't get an answer. when it was announced, most thought it was going to bomb, given its high price tag. It isn't selling well, but neither are the jets. I see signs of the recession returning (which I expected) so th...

So, is it OK now to directly advertise business on the board, because I was told in the past that it was not and had posts deleted.

I can confirm that the Ghost Recon figures are cancelled.
It appears that the whole GameStars line is done, unfortunately. It's too bad that Unimax didn't start out with some of the bigger names. I think they stumbled early on with the Crysis 2 and Red Faction stuff, which was pretty obscure in my opinion, and sealed the doom for their line going forward.

Re: OURWAR FIGURES
Let me be clear on the ppl making this Ourwar stuff. It is amateur-hour there as far as business sense, so do not get your hopes up on seeing something any time soon. There is a reason why these Ourwar modern army figures don't have any current U.S. distribution.

Re: FOV will no longer make 1/18 WWII figures
I think it's matter of them needing to decide whether or not to do another large run of these products which have been available for quite some time, or retire them, so they decided on the latter. I hope they choose to do a second series of WW2-themed items and I see no reason why this would be out ...

Allrighty gents, here is the P-51 that is being planned. These pictures are coming out of Asia, the manufacturer will announce themselves sometime in the near future. For now, they are putting out some preliminary scheme photos and are curious for feedback on accuracy, etc. PHOTOS REMOVED VIA REQUEST

Re: Motorworks
Sometimes major retail chain will request their own "branded" item to differentiate the product from another retailers. Wal-mart had product marked as both "Motorworks" and "New Millenium Toys". I don't know whether Wal-mart requested the private labeling, or if 21st Century did it, but it seems rat...

Re: 1:18 scale at La Gran Plaz mall in Fort Worth, TX
I asked if the display was part of a larger decorative theme going on at the mall but have not heard back yet. It may just be that a mall design person was given some discretion, i.e. "fill up this space with something cool".

Re: POST ALL 1/18 2012 TOY FAIR DISCUSSION HERE
There's nothing new in 1:18 scale for Bravo Team, at least not for the first part of this year. GameStars will have Ghost Recon, more Assassin's Creed, and Starcraft figures out this year. Ghost Recon, of most interest to me and probably you guys, is due this summer. I'm very excited about them. Hav...

Re: 88 gun elevation, how do?
I know the box says ages 5+ but that's very liberal, it should have said ages 17+ or something because I'd never let a reckless child touch this thing. It seems fragile. For the record, the age ratings on these products are for compliance with safety regulations, I don't think they have any bearing...

Re: A final screw job from Jack at Skyworks
Just my suggestion but why don't you just use the money to make another prototype. Which reminds me, who exactly was the person responsible for making the one Jack currently has in his possession? Maybe he can build another one for a price. It was built many years ago by 21st Century Toys, probably...

I hate to be the guy that says "I told you so." but it was clear to me from the first go-around of problems that this guy was not to be trusted, yet people on this board and even All-Go continued to deal with him - why, I do not know. I figure this is probably one of those important life lessons for...

Corey: have you heard any rumblings from Unimax about making any new 1/18 Bravo Team armour? No, but it isn't something they would tell me about until they were ready. Even if I knew something, it would have been told in confidence and I wouldn't be able to repeat it, but nothing has been said to m...

Re: MH-60 NIGHT RAID BLACKHAWK 1:18 BBI
Don't see how this is worth $170. There are only a few different things compared to the original such as the guns, and FLIR pods. I agree. I certainly understand why prices go up, but this just seems out of line to me. I think BBI is just testing the market to see what they can get away with. (They...

If you think a Hind has a chance of getting made, then I think you are wrong about the A-10 not having a chance. They already have an A-10 just as ready to go as they do a Hind (at least pictures of the A-10 have been shown to you) Now is this actually true? I know I have heard it said more than on...
