This thread was made so that the Phantom thread wouldn't be further derailed. So for those of you who want a 1/18 A-10 by JSI, post the paint schemes, variants, et al, that you'd like to see here. Pictures would be great too.
I might be in the minority but I like the A-10B. Pretty bad ass variant, shame it never went into full production.
Shin's wishlist for 1/18 and 1/32 with retractable landing gear and more:
F-14 Tomcat, F-8 Crusader, A-4 Skyhawk, F-105 Thunderchief, A-6 Intruder, F-15C, F-15E Strike Eagle

If JSI tackles the A-10 Warthog, they have to release both the current gray over gray scheme and lizard camoflauge of the 23rd TFW 'Flying Tigers'.
Agreed. For me, a shark/warthog mouth is a must. It lends itself well to the brutish look of the Warthog.

Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Let me hear your guns!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: My what?
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Your guns! Ack, ack, ack, ack, ack!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: [fires his airplane's guns] AHHHH!

Very nice!
I wouldn't mind it but it probably will not be the #1 overall choice. I myself could take it just flat black.

It may not be the #1 overall choice, but it is a cool looking paint scheme. It was worn in commeration of D-Day's 50th Anniversary by the 45th TFS flying out of Grissom AFB, IN at the time.

I'd jump on each of those for sure, but heck, I'd probably buy 1 of each they released, just because it was an A-10. I have no idea where I'd put/store them, but dang that would be sweet.

Everytime I see one I want it all the more. that D-Day Anniversary model is sweet but I'd have to go with a Shark-Mouth Scheme first.

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.

Any scheme is fine with me. You just can't go wrong with an A-10.
Fred, really looking forward to the JSI 1/18th scale Grumman F-14 Tomcat.

I prefer the warthog-esque mouth over the sharkmouth, gives the Hog more personality and makes it stand out against shark mouthed USAF birds. Great choices stug45

That would be cool, but it would never happen. I see them doing the Flying Tigers one first.

Maybe JSI and a retailer could work out an ANG type package like Bad Cat did with bbi's F-16.
That would give the many options of A-10 ANG units...
