How sad that the only country still flying the proud, beautiful, and still incredibly capable Tomcats is one of our enemies. If we ever went to war with Iran and our Navy or Air Force pilots were faced with shooting down an Iranian F-14, I bet it would pain them. They'd probably feel (in strange way...

Jason, If you venture into civilian aircraft for 1/18, how about a Lockheed Electra 12 Junior? That is one beautiful Art Deco inspired airplane. As for military smaller twin engine, there are many here who want a Mosquito or A-26 or Me-110. All three are really sweet. Although 21st has made several ...

As much as I want my beloved F-14 made, I feel the F-15 will be produced first. It would be sort of a test run before the F-14. My reasoning: though both birds are large, the F-14 has more movable flight control surfaces and is more complicated of an aircraft vs. the F-15. Think of the stabilitators...

2008....ugh. That's too long to wait. :x However, by the end of this summer, I will definitely have my garage converted into an insulated hobby room and office. :D I can have my planes hung with room available to hang a squadron of Black Lions or Jolly Rogers F-14s....even if I have to wait until 2008

My all-time favorite B-25 paint scheme. I built this Monogram model way back in college and own it in Armour 1/48. Have loved this one since:

B-25 release will pave the way for the F-14 or F-15
Seems A-list airplanes are getting most of the attention in 2007. First the F-4 from AT & 21, then pictures of Toy Fair 2007 revealing 1/32 scale of F-4, F-14, F-15, and an SU 27? 29? (can't tell the difference) from Merit, then the B-25 is released? [and we're only through February!!] Before 2007 i...

With the news of the 1:18 21st P-38 'California Cutie' coming out this year, I got to thinking. Do you think 21st would ever consider coming out with one for Glacier Girl? That plane is very local and pretty special to me cause of that and I'd like to have one in 1:18 if they ever decided to make it...

I'm not worried for Admiral in light of 21st's F-4 offering. It may be ~$50 cheaper to purchase the 21st F-4 but I feel confident Admiral will make their money goals through their F-4. Admiral will have their paint schemes and 21st will have theirs. Doubtful they will all have duplicates. Considerin...

My votes for civil aviation: 1. 1978 Cessna 172 Skylane. Royal blue and Columbia blue striping, with blue interior. My grandfather owned one of these almost all my childhood through college and this is the plane with which I learned to fly. 2. Mooney M20J. My grandpa also had one of these for a shor...

Re-release of Big Beautiful Doll Mustang
Hello all. I'm new to this forum and very excited to join. I love collecting 1/18 aircraft...just started last summer. Have acquired seven so far. Love every one of them. I have a question for all. Last October I emailed the 21st Century Toys Area 21 Fan Club a general question regarding a possible ...
